I am about get a new clamshell telecom phone.

I am looking for these features

Voice Memo.
I need to have more than 20 memos. Some memos may be over 20 sec. Will be able to sync to computer.

Calender
Must be able to have over 100 items. Each Item must be over 160 characters. Will be able to sync to computer.

Notes
Can take over 100 notes. Each note needs to be over 160 characters long. Will be able to sync to computer.

Are there any clamshell phones out there like that.

Oh yes.. MP3 player included would be a plus..Will be able to sync to computer. Samsun 920 wont do this

If anyone knows a phone like this I would really appreciate knowing about it to.
