As in a flood of SMS sent to your mobile? First I would contact the mobile operator to see if the can stop it, and find the source...

I Ended up changing sim cards i rang vodafone and they were just dicks about it so i still never got it sorted.
the problem was i got a mass flood of txts i would guess round 2k it just molested my phone and that was stuffed so its not a good thing to flood ppl

Here I am somewhat on topic.. I remember way back when nokia phones were the size of building bricks and there was a vulnerability in which you could send the full 128? characters of nothing but periods and when the receiver would scroll down the message the phone would lock up. Shortly thereafter there was another vulnerability in Nokia phones in which you could malform a message via SMS with a broken header and it would lock up the phone in a way where taking out the battery would be the only means to make your phone work. I loved wardialing and flooding those SMS messages

I've grown up since then but I still look back and think SMS flooding were fun times...

At an old place I used to work, we had automated systems that would TXT us when they noticed bad error messages. The problem was the system had no checks in place, so each time it saw the message it would forward it as a text message. There'd sometimes be periods of 2-3 minutes where I couldn't use my phone (An SE T610 at the time) while it recieved the motherload of text messages.

It was very annoying, but it sure as hell woke you up as each txt message triggered the phone's SMS tone.

It was also a PITA to go through and delete them all.

You mean wardialing as in sending to random people (I am taking it from the context of your reply) or the real wardialing?

EXAMPLE ONLY...don't do it.

for EXAMPLE some cell phones on the carrier..umm.. alltell. They were on (704) 213-XXXX. The numbers i would follow were:
(704) 213-2020
(704) 213-2021
(704) 213-2022
blah
blah
blah..

etcetera.
