Hello,

We have a unlocked quad band Motorola KRZR K1 that has come back from overseas with a relative. I don't know too much about mobile phones but being quad band it would seem it would be able to be used with Vodaphone?

The phone currently doesn't have any network settings stored in it, and what I was thinking is that the K1s sold in NZ would have a customised Vodaphone firmware. If I took the phone into a store would they flash it with the NZ firmware and enter the correct settings to allow it to work here?

Thanks for your help.
