I would like to confirm what frequencies will be used for 4g here.

On Wikipedia it says

1800 (band 3) for all 3 companies
700 (band 28) for all 3 after analog switchoff
2600 (band 7) for Telecom

Is there different areas where different frequencies are used?

Band 3 is only in use as of today for 4G / LTE, Vodafone also has some 2600 band 7 but not using this yet,

700Mhz is not up for auction yet but coming which will be band 28

Please note band 28 devices do not exist yet, nor does any network in the world to use them on.
