Recently I bought $35 worth of optus credit and when i went to recharge it said the number was invalid over and over again. I rang up and it said someone had already recharged what can i do about it? can optus give out personal information about this person who somehow got the code you have to put in? I don't know how they did it!!! i just want my credit someone help

like i just want to know if they can give me there name, location [as in suburb] or the school they may go to, or where they work just anything to hint towards who

If it is one of those credits you apply to prepaid accounts, you are probably out of luck because no personal information is recorded when someone purchases the ticket.

Also this information is probably not avaialble outside the company due to privacy policies or laws.

yeah its prepaid. I bought prepaid credit to recharge on my phone. I have their number and the time it was recharged but that's it. I've tried calling but they dont answer. I've messaged them but wont tell me their name. Is there anything i can do with their number and the phone company? or would that be breaching their privacy. Im dumbfounded how they got the authorization code.
