Can someone tell me where to reflesh a Nokia in NZ??? A 6600 for instance?

ive been to VO, they told me go to MFR and they told me that they dont do that kinda service.. can u believe it folks?? a Nokia Care Centre that dosnt reflash nokia phone

now that is stunningly embaressly, so now Im walking around with a non working 6600

Why is it that you need the phone reflashed? MfR in Christchurch can do the majority of Nokia phones, any of the newer models they can get done in Auckland via Chch. Suggest you try again down there.
Is it a NZ phone, because they do have difficulty flashing overseas phone as they run the risk of killing a small percentage of them by putting NZ specific s/w on them.
