Hi 

Please can someone tell me the differences and which one is better between the Samsung Galaxy S4 Cat 4 and the S4 advanced.

Noel Lemmimgs sell both and a slight price difference in both.

They are both being advertised as having a 2.3ghz quad core processor which means they will both be the I9506. Not sure why they are different prices and different SKUs but assuming the product overview section is correct then they are both the same model.
