Just looking at Telecom's site. Looks like they've extended free PXT till the end of the year.
Probably to make up for pissing off all those people with the $10 txt limits :D

Now I can spam my Mobog (http://www.mobog.com/pivotal) with heaps of pics!

not PXT - its "photo messaging"... go the Telecom marketing team- not.

Free till the end of the year rocks. I just got a 6225 - its great. Nokia make IMHO the best phones for general use. So easy to use, MMS sends in background, IR, PCSuite, nice UI.

Giraffe is right. PXT is the brand name used by Vodafone. Their marketing did very well in making this brand to the streets.

lets not forget 'Vodafone LIVE!' vs. Telecoms 'XML2' (WAP2).... not so smart I dont think, but I did tell them before it was launched...

I guess this is typical of the current situation - Vodafone have a huge marketing machine which is driven on an international level.

Give me CDMA any day. Its great. The Nokia 6225 is wonderful, and I am a big user of mobile data - I used to use GPRS - its SOOooo slow..., so now I use 'Mobile Jetstream' - HEY!!! - WHADDYA KNOW!!! - Telecom CAN come up with a decent brand name now and a again :-)

Now this is news for me... XML2? I always thought the brand was Xtra Mobile.

maybe i didnt take enough notice in class.... the term xtra mobile does get used... will look into it. Still not quite as nice a sounding brand as 'LIVE!'...
