what happened to my post ??

oh well, try again. Does anyone here know the numbers of cell phone sites in NZ ? In particular Telecom 025 / or 027 sites

ie if I gave you tower number blah blah, could you tell me where that tower is sited ??

That sort of info would be very interesting. Also highly commercially sensitive too. Would be very interested if you did get that sort of information though

Does the resource consent include the Cell Tower ID number on it though?

believe it or not I found what I was looking for
a database of cellphone tower sites - it is not complete so if anyone else has more info it would still be appreciated

I need some help interpreting the info I have

any cell techies out there that can explain what the series of letters and numbers I have means ?

ie what would this mean ?

The location of every cellsite in the country (albeit with a few mistake and ommissions) is available in the Prism radio spectrum database which is available online from the Ministry of Economic Development.

http://www.med.govt.nz/rsm/publications/software.html

just download the prism database which is approx 15MB Access database.

You can also do an ON LINE Search on the MED website.
go to Register of Radio Frequencies then select SpectrumOnLine then Radio or Spectrum Licence .
Then you can do a search by District , Licence Holder , freq etc.
