Looks like the beginning of a wonderful (for us) relationship between Sprint (US) and Telecom.

Some cool phones on the way

Not really. I think it's a nice looking phone, actually:

Not much different from the Z1010 I'm testing now in terms of design.

It's great Telecom New Zealand is doing this with Sprint. It means more phones will come down here.

Its not a bad phone, clear camera, functional, fairly easy to use. Not quite as easy to hold in your hand but still a very good phone. Looking forward to more sprint phones to come

Its up to personal preference whether you like a flip phone or a non-flip phone. I still like the TX95c for its keypad layout and size though

Not to bad, any one think the screen on the phone looks a bit small when you see one in person? Might be just me....?

I'm just doing a review of miniSync on my i-mate Smartphone2 and noticed that they have the data cable and charger (all-in-one) for the Sanyo 8100 - and some Samsung models too.

Has anyone managed to get a data cable working with a NZ Sanyo 8100 yet? I understand there is a problem with them.

One thing I have noticed with the Sanyo is the that while the definiton of the images is really good on it the actual photo size is relatively small. I suppose this is to do with the file space for the online gallery, it is annoying though if you want to see the pics a bit larger on the comp. Overall I rate the Sanyo very highly, some niggly things here and there but overall a nice phone.

I've finally managed to source some from Asia. Works well with the latest development of BitPim software. (Ringers and wallpaper data transfer).

They're selling quite well on Trademe, no complaints so far!

Should have looked properly at the specs it was late and I saw dual mode mentioned, Don't know why I assumed this meant cdma and gsm! DUH!

Liked the inclusion of their 32mb removable memory stick though. I thought that was a great feature.

Bring on the 6255!!
