Just got my Nokia 6288 back from being repaired under warranty this afternoon (took 3 weeks!) anyways, i picked it up from the store, signed the waiver. Got home, and realised there was a largeish crack on the housing/chassis. I am going to take it back to DS Wireless, but I was wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation? I have a funny feeling they are going to say that I must have damaged it (I didn't, I called them as soon as I got home, not to mention the piece is very sturdy i have no idea how it got broken) and that I will be liable for repairs, im hoping thats not the case, but I suspect it will. If it will get done under warranty, I was wondering if I can get it done while I wait at MFR as its just down the road from me? Else I have found the part I need on Ebay, except I suspect I will void my warranty Ebay Link Or do I have to go without it for another 3 weeks...

3 weeks!!!! yikes, of course if you had a Telecom mobile and it broke  it would be something like 4 days and you would have it back

Their service centre seems to be very quick.
