Update phone to 12.0.013 and since the earpiece sounds terrible ... :(

Can I / should I flash back anyone?

Hard reset it, check if it's ok, then Re - flash it again and hard reset it after the flash and see if it comes right.

see somewhere in these forums for the hard reset codes.

Hi,

I've hard reset, re-flashed, and again, and again, and again! ... but EVERY time the earpiece still sounds terrible. it sounds VERY cheap and nasty, and buzzes terribly! ... :(

Could this actually be caused by the update do you think, or is the update coincidental to the earpiece going on the wonk ?!?!

No after a lot of messing about with it last night I've come to the same conclusion, and will take it to local Nokia dealer today.

Picked up phone from Nokia today and earpiece had been changed so you was right!
