Have a customer who purchased an M1 off us awhile ago, and is now trying to move files between his computer and it. He is running a brand new Mac of some description, unsure EXACT specs, but I do know it is intel powered, which probably bodes well. However the mac will not recognise the M1 as a removeable device, whereas it works perfectly in a Windows based machine.

Does anyone know how to get round this? Are there drivers floating around somewhere? Or any hints?


I checked a few international sites but most were of no use.
