Why not use just this:

at+cgdcont=1,"IP","net"
atdt *99#

Or is something else required by your model?

thanks for reply me!
i try using cgdcont=1,"IP","net".. while entering atdt *99# then unreadable str come out then 'no carrier' shown.
i have a question, i no need to use at+cgact=1,1 to activate the GPRS at 1st? can directly dial the *99#?
i dont know what else my model need. as i know it is a very basic GSM/GPRS modem from siemens. but what is the most basical settings need to provide for the modem before doing dial-up and connect? is i using hyperteminal connect similar with i using code to connect using windows dialup connection? becos the way also fail to connect. any bright way u can guide through?
