Hi everyone, I recently bought a LG G2 in from China, its the D802 international version. I struggle to get any 3G reception, if I have it on GSM/WCDMA its always disconnecting and reconnecting as its searching for 3G and not finding it. I did notice when I was in Hamilton I could get 3G (not 4G) but as soon as I am not in a main city I can only set my phone to GSM 2g for it to work. I have tried a new sim card (vodafone) and I have tried updating to Lollipop, makes no difference. I did also try my wifes 2 degrees card which seemed to work for a while but then not.

Basically my question now after looking at my options is - does Vodafone NZ etc have some setting or something I need to change - ie they dont allow imported phones to work properly on there 3g?

I have treid a few different apn settings, and gone into the hidden menu and tried different settings, with no real luck.

My phone is now rooted on Lollipop
