I've spent some time playing with my phone and reading the manual but i still can't find a way to add words to its dictionary or set it to always use t9. Can anyone help me or is it not possible on this phone?

(sorry i seem to have double posted as well =P )

It actually adds to the dictionary automatically. When sending a txt, and you come across a word that T9 doesn't know, revert to multi tap entry, spell the word, put a space, revert back to T9 and carry on typing your txt. THe word will have been add to the dictionary. YOu can test this in another text with the phone set on T9.

Ok that works =] so how can i make it default it to use T9 all the time? at the moment it keeps going back to multi-tap

go menu, messaging, text msg,settings (#8) and change entry mode to T9 Mode
