Anyone think that Vodafone NZ might bring this model out?

I was thinking it would be great as it supports most of the new frequency’s need for the new networks in NZ (GSM 850/UTMS 2100 for Telecom) and Oz (GSM 900 and UTMS 850/2100 for Telstra).
The Nokia 6267 supports:  GSM 850/900/1800/1900 & UTMS 850/2100

I like Nokia phones but don’t like Symbian (Nokia series 60 OS) so that rules out most other Nokia models.

Do you think Vodafone will bring this out?  Or maybe even Telecom when they activate there network at the end of the year?!?

Out of curiosity why to you prefer the Symbian S40 user interface over the S60 interface?

Series 40 is a simple(feature rich) phone OS, no extra "Smartphone" junk to slow things down or cause stupid intermittent crashes.
Also the phone hardware is usually cheaper because it doesn’t have to support faster processors and extra hardware.
For my Smartphone needs I use a Palm OS or Windows mobile which have a wider range of software solutions than Symbian.
