Hi All,

Is there a particular authority that we can contact if we still haven't had any contact regarding our replacement Note 7s? I'm about to pay another instalment for a phone which I don't actually have.  Any contact with the companies involved ends up with either no information or lots of inaccurate information.  Anyone else having similar issues?

You have to contact the telco and lodge a formal complain.

Or if you brought it from someone else (eg Parallel Imported), then that organisation has to provide you help.

Did anyone get their handsets from a parallel import?

How have they handled the issue?
