I wanna check with you guys.  To have it compatible with all the SIM providers I am looking at 850 and 900Mhz for 3G and all of them work on 1800Mhz under LTE?  Is this correct?

Looks good, for LTE (4G), you want band 3 - 1800 MHz (all carriers) and band 28 700 MHz too (very few 2degrees sites on band 28 as yet however).

 

There is some refarming onto 2100 MHz LTE for VF and 2600 MHz is coming into play for both Spark and Vodafone too.
