hello friends,
i recently heard from some guy that when downloading games /wallpapers etc on his telecom mobile (a gtran 4020) while on no credit you can get away with this without paying. he topped up his phone and up to 3 days afterwards and he is yet to be charged for this.

any thoughts

Everything gets charged, sooner or later. If there's no credit, the phone will be blocked for SMS and WAP access.
