I am needing to know how long both telecom and vodafone will keep an unsent MMS on their servers before it gets deleted / before they stop trying to send it.

so, say I send someone a video clip but their phone is switched off or their memory is full (or they just don't receive it for whatever reason) I believe they will periodically try and resend that message (why sometimes I get txt's and pxts days later after they were sent). I'm wanting to know how long that message will sit there trying to be resent before its dropped. Are we talking days, weeks, months or will it indeed sit there forever?

anyone who has any info at all please let me know!!

Flamer.

Thanks for that! very helpful, I expected it to be much longer actually, I am actually trying to track down a MMS someone received from me out of the blue that I don't remember sending (thinking someone has been using my phone!) and it certainly wasn't in the last 3 days. Not sure if they got it from my voda or telecom though!
