Anyone out there using IM extensively in a mobile setting? Vs. SMS.
Using myself on Treo 600. Trying to validate some research for a story.

Its a great product if you have a large group of people all doing the same thing together, otherwise sms to individual recipients can be a bit quicker, easier and more cost effective.
