Hi Friends,

My LG G7050 phone is stressing me up indeed! I cannot access the phone menu; which means I cannot read or send SMS messages, use the 'smart camera', retrieve the stored phone numbers, refill my credit, amongst other things. This is a real headache!

However, the phone can be used to make and receive calls. Can't explain this strange behaviour. Can anyone out there help out and direct me on what to do? I am writing from Cameroon. Thanks very much indeed.
