I have an Nokia 3586 thats been working fine for about a year now.

But all of a sudden last night it decided to stop working. All it does is display a little box in the center of the screen which has "local mode" written in it.

Is there anyone out there that could tell me what to do to fix it???

Thanx

Take it into Telecom Mobile, if it is still in the warranty period (1year?) then you might be in luck otherwise you might have to pay a service fee or it could be determined its time to upgrade.

Local Mode is a service mode the phone goes into.
If it's just gone into Local Mode all by itself, take the battery off it for 10 minutes and put it back on. If it still gives you this message then yes, you need to get it taken in for servicing I'm afraid.

Audiophiles are such twits! They buy such pointless stuff: Gold plated cables, $2000 power cords. Idiots.
