who works at vodafone. Their webpage has a bug in it. U can't submit problems using email customer service on this website:

http://www.vodafone.co.nz/contactus/contact_form.jsp?hd=foryou&st=help&ss=contactus&pgHead=Contact%20Us&contValue=1&item=email

If u try submit sumthing it says DONE. ERROR ON PAGE

sum1 tell vodafone about this problem.

Also vodafone needs to get more vodafone live servers. they can't handle the number of
ppl using their v live service now thats its free. I get ERROR 502 BAD GATEWAY sumtimes. sumtimes it doesn't even load. I have full reception on my cellfone. sum1 tell vodafone about this.

It would be much more helpful for you to call or write to Vodafone yourself. Then they will get a call from someone who has experienced the problem themselves.
