My wife has a Huawei P10 Lite (June 2017) and it constantly stops charging. The best way of charging it I have found is to use a powerbank (I have plenty of charges and cables but they just don't seem to work or stop working with the phone as the charging light goes off).

I have had enough of it as has she.

My wife is on Vodafone Pre-Pay. Even then it is only $10 ($30 days)

The brief is the cheapest and simplest phone.

The phone is really just an emergency phone (we still have our landline with Spark) for when she goes shopping. She doesn't ring friends on it.

I saw this one: Vodafone Smart N12 Locked - Grey - Noel Leeming which is $129.

Any recommendations?

Or if its purely for emergencies, just get one of those basic phones for $30 from Countdown etc.

Vodafone Smart, entry level Samsung, or a dumb phone would all be good choices.
