I have a Samsung A51 with wifi and bluetooth still not working after factory reset
When I press the slider in setting to turn them on it moves across but they do not come on and I get bluetooth popup errors.
Has anyone had this problem with a mobile? What was required to fix it and how much did it cost?
Who can fix this for me other than Samsung/Spark?
Thanks for any help

Linux: Is it under warranty?

No. Do you know what is needed to fix it?

You've asked the equivalent of "how much water does this jug hold?". You need to provide a lot more detail.

Did anything happen to cause this? (dropped, wet, software)
What are the error messages that come up? (what exactly do they say)
etc.

For a mid range A51 that was sold at basically $500 I'd take it in for warranty and if they reject it, throw the CGA at them. That's a reasonably priced phone and it should last more than 2 years.

This too we need more details but IMO I think you've got enough for a warranty claim anyway.

Take it to a Samsung service agent so the experts can check it out it could be faulty hardware for all I know

My question asked in my request for help was described as:
the equivalent of "how much water does this jug hold?"
I find that belittling to say the least

"my car doesn't start, it sort of starts but it doesnt start and then there is an error. Whats wrong with it and how can I fix it, who can fix it and what will it cost" is basically what I read this as.

I can't take it to a Samsung repair agent, they won't accept Spark phones direct. Spark won't look at the phone unless it is personally brought in store. Spark stores are closed in Auckland for the duration of L3 lockdown.
As described in my original post I am looking for advice from someone HELPFUL who might know how to repair or at least diagnose wifi/bluetooth faults. Is that you @linux ?

Hi OP. Going to re-quote my first post here because it's probably going to be your only solution since you've already tried to toggle wifi/bt after a factory reset. It sounds like a hardware issue and quite frankly you should be able to get it RMA'd. You're going to have to roll the hard six here and go back to whoever sold you the phone and keep nagging at them.

This sucks and we get that but this absolutely sounds like a hardware issue.
