how does a Deaf person top up an 027 prepay?
there seems to be 3 methods:
1) buy topup card from shop
2) buy topup card from ATM
3) buy topup card online @ telecom.co.nz

all 3 methods require you to ring the 0800 number, and follow the voice prompts.
is there another method?
