I would always be wary of these "good" deals. He gets a working phone, you get a phone that will not work straight away, and the repair company will charge to fix.

But you've also gotta ask yourself, why would he want a 12-month old 95c when HE can get the 7 key on his 115c fixed for free?

Be wary.

the major difference (outside of asthetics) is in picture messaging.
The TX115c supports the online gallery
The Tx95c doesnt

speed.

UI response is snappier in the 115, so probably has a faster processor or maybe just tighter code
and wap download speeds seem much faster. (it couldn't really get slower - the tx95's almost as slow as GSM)

Difference is, tx95c is a complete localised unit, 115c runs half of its 'features' over a network (lightsurf)

Because of the online gallery and photo messaging etc being stored remotely (rather than on the phone like ud expect)... it just gives the phone 10,0000 more ways it can break.

I wouldnt use a 115c, id use a 95c

Some people have issues, some don't. There's a topic further down.
