Hi, i was wondering if anyone could possibly help me, i need to buy a phone for my little sister for christmas and i found the perfect one, its a sidekick II, but the thing is i dont know wether or not it will work in Australia, can anybody help me?

I think the Sidekick is SIM locked to T-Mobile. If this is correct it will not work in Australia. Also, it requires some infrastructure to delivery updates, etc - and these will not be available outside the original network.
