Hi,

Recently was given a brand-new P910c for a birthday present and have been having fun on it. However I have encounted two problems which I'd like to try and get resolved before I return to NZ.

1. No English T9
The phone comes preloaded with Chinese T9 only. I can set it for the tap-tap-tap method but I'd like to have that option there because there are times when T9 excels when you are in a rush. I read that the 910c model can have optional inputs installed, but haven't learned where I can install them from or how.

2. MMS settings 'locked' or read only.
Preparing for my move back to NZ in Feb, I loaded the GPRS profiles on... those worked fine. However the proloaded settings (even when I do a master reset) have the China Mobile GPRS and MMS settings. Changing the active GPRS profile isn't an issue however the MMS one is. Whenever I try and load on the Vodafone one via the SE website, it says that the profile is 'read only' and thus can't be modifed. It can't be edited or deleted either.
I'd like to get it so I can change it back to the Vodafone MMS settings when I get back to New Zealand.

3. Bluetooth and Mac OS X (10.3.7)
This isn't really a problem but can't seem to get bluetooth working 100%. Isync doesn't support that model I guess yet (it isn't on the Apple supported devices yet) so I'll just wait. However can't seem to be able to browse the device... anyone else had a play with that???

Anyway, if anyone could help out - that would be great.

CM NZ

Apart from that, its been a nice experience using the phone...

Nothing much you can do without having the phone flashed - and even so I'm not sure it will work 100% or even if the local Sony Ericsson service centres will do it on imported phones.

I'm still in China, so I should be able to take it into the local service center. When they were selling it, they gave the impression that it wasn't going to be locked to a certain network.

The built in help system says that you can download other input software and use it instead of the default one. Just I can't seem to find any.
