Harrier is the codename used by HTC when manufacturing the device.

The HTC Blue Angel (Siemens SX66, i-mate PDA2k, vodafone VPA III, O2 XDA IIs, T-Mobile MDAIII) is the GSM version. The HTC Harrier (Audiovox Verizon VX6600, TNZ Harrier) is the CDMA version. It's normal to have the same hardware rebranded by the operator.

AFAIK, Telecom NZ was the first one to have the Harrier (CDMA EVDO) out in the market. We posted our review back in November 2003.
