Anybody know how to get the ESN from one of these so I can get it connected on prepay? The Telecom provider says it cannot provide the ESN as the phone number was transferred to another phone!!!???? Any ideas appreciated. Cheers, Yingotng1

take it to a dealer and they should have access to a programming type code that spits out the ESN of the handset wether it has a number or not.

if you know what the old phone number was then call telecom and ask them if the motorolas esn is still on file.

Most staff should be able to see these details (assuming they are still there for that unit).
