Well, the title says it all.

I want REAL ringtones!

Not this stupid song stuff that makes you sick of them.

Either ringring ones, or musical (no words) will do.

just something simplistic.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Even if theres a website to go to that I can browse some normal ringtones,.

Thanks in advance!

Good luck in finding any out there on the "content sites"
I often create my own high quality ones from proper source material and code for the device concerned.

I have plenty of random MIDI ones and made up plenty of classic game sound effects, engine noises, glass breaking etc as well as high quality loops of various popular songs often as instrumentals. A lot of them are short sounds just to me used for new email and sms alerts.

If you give me the model of your phone and kind of what you want I can take a gawk or knock one up in a jiffy. Let me know if you want compressed (blary loud loud loud like ZM-FM sounding) or uncompressed (natural sounding) codec/EQ will be based on rules for the handset model concerned.

yeah, thats what i was thinking :( whats wrong with the world!?

I wish I could make my own lol. it wuld be sooo much easier.
I just bought a Nokia E71 - Brilliant phone.. sucky ringtones.

Umm, whatever you feel would be better? Louder is good, but one that sounds good would be nice too.

THe Nokia E71 has a good speaker on it already, so I guess it shouldnt be too much of an issue.

Thanks in advance! You're a legend!

Good ol' John recommended that one! And im very glad he did. This phone is brilliant - Solid as hell!
it slipped off a box today, and into the wall. No damage to the phone, but actually a indentation to the WALL :O

Can't wait to see what you have brewing! =D

Cheers

Thanks for your reply!

Haha, you're right about the "funky" part!

I did find a couple of good beeping ones there. but they're only good enough for an SMS.

haha, love the one you're using :P if you've heard the long version, i think that might be maybe over kill, but still awesome Cool
