Hi,
I am wanting to use my vodafone SIM card in my old Nokia 6255. It is currently running on Telecom. It does have a sim card slot. When I insert the sim and turn the phone on it still connects to the internal frequency (Telecom). Can anyone help?????

The 6255 is a CDMA phone. Your SIM card won't work. I think it was a RUIM slot? Or perhaps same body as a GSM model? Could be wrong. Either way it will never work on a GSM network.

You're welcome. And no, unfortunately Vodafone can't help you with this one.
