Just found this site that has 200+ downloadable themes for the sony ericsson w705, as well as many other phones. All the ones i've tried so far have worked and look pretty mint.

Just download them on your computer and transfer them over to the folder "themes" on your memory card via usb. I imagine you could just do it all from the browser on your phone if you felt the need.
