hi i just got an lg cu500 off trademe. i suppose its probably from china or something (it has an adaptor on the charger and the sellers name).
it seems to be working fine on xt i put a new sim card in and i can call people.
the problem is i can't download games and ringtones and that.
it just says connection failed.
could somebody please shed some light on this i don't really know what i'm doing.

P.S i tried to find the answer, if i just didn't look in the right place i would appreciate being directed to it.
