If I select 640x480 mode on the camera, take a couple of photos, then send those photos to myself via email, the resulting images I get are nowhere even close to 640x480. More like 320x240.

How can I ensure I get the FULL resolution sent to my Email? Alternatively, is there another way to get the full-res images from the camera to my PC without having to sell a family member for the obscenely priced data cable?

[RANT]Where do the vendors get off charging $30 more for the freaking cable, than I can buy the entire phone for???[/RANT]

They should send full size unless it uses that stupid web portal, lightsurf. it like the vodafone MMS server, has a habit of resizing images for you and screwing up email pop clients.

the nokia 6225 (my phone) and the 3205 are the only phones that DONT use this lightsurf monstrosity as far as I know and send full sized untouched images as attachments to an email.

Look elsewhere for the data cable,,, try, Trademe, first mobile, and then overseas phone shops..

the phones is also known as a Curitel.

Telecom charge a rip-off price for ALL mobile products and accessories
They are also very poor quality non-original aftermarket cr4p anyway.. look elsewhere.
