Are existing 021 customers eligible for the double your quota offer that is on at the moment??

Also, selected 021 customers are being offered a free mobile as part of a text message promotion, do you know if they are only doing this for customers who ask about their 025/027 trade in promotion??

No, new customers only I think. A pity though, I was tempted to switch over from Prepaid but there are still no plans that are too attractive. Motormouth looks ok but the 200 VF to VF texts could be annoying.

(Waiting for better GPRS prices.... I probably will be waiting for years or it probably won't come )

The Carsonator when placing comments in forums you should make sure they are correct, Cause they are not being offered free phones by SMS they are being offered a discount and thats quite different than a free phone.
