I purchased a Sanyo7400, and I've noticed that ppl are using Nokia 3200 on Vodafone Network, and my old phone is a Nokia 3205....cleverly changed by telecom....but its exactly the same phone just different networks...

Is it possible to transfer networks? buy a simcard and install it and away i go? Or due to CDMA and Vodafones network being different its not possible?

Nope, you can't change a phone from CDMA to GSM - these are two different types of network, not compatible.
