Pretty interesting little utility huh? I guess this is the sort of stuff Vodafone GSM techies use to debug their network.
I'd love to have a play with one of these, however I suspect if I had one I'd get a knock at my door rather quickly!

Ok, but... Can you place voice calls?

Seriouslly though, reading the pdf tells us more about it - it's a Sony Ericsson T610 with a built-in module (so yes one can place voice calls). Pretty cool tool for network debug I'd say.
