Hi,

Whenever I go to "missy elliot" ringtones on vodafone live it says " Your request for a service could not be fulfilled.please contact your operator if the problem persists. This has been happening for 4 days now. Please fix this problem.

When I also go into "WHATS NEW" and choose "dei hamo" it just goes back to the main vodafone live homepage.

I tried to contact vodafone's helpdesk but i get like a 5 second delay between the voice and the customer service person's voice. So i'm wondering if anyone here works at vodafone that could inform vodafone of this problem.

You could always complain via the 0800 800 021 number from the landline... though I haven't had any problems recently with the helpdesk - either via landline or cellphone.

I haven't been able to go on Vodafone live (Not that I mind, I don't buy games nor ringtones), keeps coming up with a 'page error' or a 'server error'. However on my z600, I can see Vodafone live but it still makes those errors, but on the p910 it won't.

Again, no skin off my nose at the moment as I personally think WAP/GPRS/Vodafone Live (probably the same for xtras portal too) is too expensive for the services it provides.

Edit: Wheee, I'm a senior member (Just noticed)

Vodafone live has been buggy since they did an upgrade the other week.Heaps of broken links that return you to the main page. All the news services i subscribed to were un-subscribed for me.Was quite pissed off.Good one Vodafone keep up the good work!
