Hi there
I'm currently looking for a Mobile phone which I can Voip over wifi, any suggestions makes models?
I'm looking in the lower price bracket, under $400 if possible, I know I will be pushing my luck price wise.

Nokia N95 is great and easy to use. Has built in SIP as well.
