I have some pix save to my fone - My Pictures/Save to Phone - folder

The photos were originally in the - In Camera - folder and i transferred them into the - Save to Phone - folder, and deleted them from In Camera

now i want to email or send these photos from - Save to Phone - folder and i cant... is there a way to free them up so i can sent them out???
