If you check out the Telecom website it has all the interconnection agreements listed on it (or at least did several months ago when I was last looking at them). The initial interconnect price for SMS's when Vodafone and Telecom signed their agreement was 14c + GST, I believe this may have since reduced slightly. As to voice interconnections, these rates vary depending on the destination of the call and carrier. Land to mobile calls are fixed and are currently under review by the commerce commision who want them reduced.
