I guess ill have to go buy one of ebay if this trader dosent want my buisness but first i might try and get him introuble for using copyrighted pics from yescom

to be fair, selling phone accessories online is a very low margin activity, so I wouldnt expect too much in the way of customer service. (get what you pay for).

does the trader not have the copyright holders permission? anything i import, i ask permission to use the images from the site I buy from, and the answer is always yes. he may well have done the same, so you will just be aggravating him further.

there are lots of traders on TM, why dont you ask a few of them if they would oblige? (often its in the way that something is asked, not the question itself, that will elicit a favourable response)

oh well, main thing is that you havent lost any money on TM, fraud seems to be the biggest complaint these days (although I have used trademe for about 100 purchases with no trouble)

the phone is known by a different name(s) overseas. have you searched on those names?
(The name is in the link you posted)
