I need to unlock an old alcatel one touch max db.
It was a cheap coke/vodafone promo from long ago and it is locked to vodafone prepay SIM.
Any other card and it wants a network code.


Would vodafone customer service have this code, don't want to ring them at this stage because it's hard 
enough to get them work out simple stuff let alone a question like this.


Do Vodafone have to provide a unlocking code as phone's are not allowed to be locked in NZ?
