I entered the test mode and went to 129. This cleared my phone and now my number is 000-000-016. How do I change back to normal? help me! I don't know my msl and this phone was given to me and i changed the number a long time ago to my nuber. The original phone I threw out if this information helps. Please help me. The only website I found about it was this

Thanks, I tried but I can't seem to enter msl mode like that, I've tried before. When I key ##675 ok it brings me into saving ##675 as a contact

If you take it to a Telecom store they *should* be able to help if it is a simple re-programming issue. *123 may tell you the code as well. I would tell you but I am not allowed to as far as I know :(
