Hi is this a good phone (lg gm310f telecom xt) and what WCDMA mhz is it a 850 or 2100?

I believe it is 850/2100 (may include 1900 MHz UMTS/WCDMA 3G) but it doesn't have 900MHz UMTS / WCDMA 3G.
