Is there a maximum size for a midi file that I convert into a ring tone for a Nokia 6255

When I had a 6225, i was using full length midi songs as ringtones, including Metallicas "One" which is about 7mins 27seconds.

I can only assume the 6255 has the same capability.

How long do you want your callers to wait for you to listen to your ringtone before you answer?

For some reason with my 6225 when using midi's bigger than about 70kb and the Nokia PC suite to convert them to ring tones it just didnt work - from memory :)

Is this the best way to convert midi files to ring tones?

ps My phone is set to about a 20sec ring before diversion
